Every other Wednesday, 7-9:30pm, beginning January 14. Join us for a integral living exploration that is a practice immersion over the next year, beginning this fall. Designed as a year long program (Foundation, Journey, Fruition), it will offer you the opportunity to deeply explore what matters most to you in your life.     Toddler Yoga

    Toddler Yoga, with Saskia Tait and her 18-month old daughter, Annika, is a special class series designed for mobile babies and toddlers up to 3 years old (who must attend together with a caregiver). Using songs and rhymes alongside plenty of movement and stretching, this yoga class is designed to support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement.       If you want to consistently enjoy the benefits of yoga, then you need to take the steps necessary to make it a habit. One of the best ways to develop the yoga habit is to commit to a 30 day yoga challenge. Completing your own 30 day yoga challenge will require discipline, commitment, focus, and sacrifice.  It won’t guarantee that you have a yoga habit for life, but it will be a step in the right direction. $199 for unlimited access to yoga and other classes, including meditation. You can also attend any workshop, event or program on offer at the studio in October as part of the challenge, though pricing for these is separate.

      Join us for an invigorating morning of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) and Yoga on the Pier at Snug Cove, every Sunday in July and August (no classes August 3rd and 31st). We will "SUP" from 9:00-9:45, and end our session with 45 minutes of yoga on the pier at Snug Cove.
