Join us for this two day workshop on beautiful Bowen Island to prepare for change and awaken the potential within you.

Spring is a celebrated time for new beginnings; this is when we are best positioned to renew, heal and recharge. It is important in our busy lives to take the time to care for ourselves - and to be fully present in mind, body and heart - so that we connect with who we truly are and where we need to be.

  • Kundalini yoga, meditation, & relaxation
  • Dinner included, 6pm Saturday evening
  • Aquarian Sadhana (sunrise yoga) 4:30-7am on Sunday May 8
  • Rebirthing class
  • and so much more!
Kundalini Yoga is uncoiling yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach for your virtues. There is nothing from outside. Try to understand that. All is in you.
— Yogi Bhajan

About the Instructors:

Bridget Dunne (Atma Karam Kaur) is a certified Level 1 teacher of Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and is currently completing her Level 2 training. Bridget lives and teaches on Bowen Island and is honoured to share Kundalini yoga with the community. She believes in, and has experienced, the benefits of Kundalini yoga as it reconnects us to our heart, our purpose and our true selves. She is passionate to learn and share the many healing opportunities available through yoga and Mother Nature.

Bir Kaur Khalsa is a certified Level 1 & 2 teacher of Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, as well as a Level 1 Teacher Trainer. Over the past 14 years she has been instrumental in developing Vancouver’s internationally-certified, Yoga Alliance-registered teacher training program (which is now in its 24th year!). In her 20 years of experience with Kundalini yoga she has come to know that it offers powerful, yet simple and accessible tools for people to use in their daily lives to handle the stress and strain of life with grace and strength.
