Natasha M. Vaz
Natasha M. Vaz is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Accredited Personal Trainer, Raw Food Chef, , and Ayurvedic Practitioner.
She has been practicing yoga for 8 years and has grown up eating and learning to make homemade food from scratch. Over the past 10 years she has worked in catering, fine dining, in home food prep, restaurant serving, restaurant management, nutritional consulting, and food preparation.
Natasha develops courses, programs and recipes for gyms, yoga studios, workshops, restaurants, health and wellness companies, retreats and individuals. Her food recommendations revolve around healthy, local, seasonal, sustainable, tasty foods and it’s become her life’s work to reconnect people to food and health.
