The Yoga of Relationship is choosing relationship as our primary teacher for learning about ourselves, life, and each other.

This program is aimed for couples or individuals, in a primary relationship, who want to revive fun, connection, and intimacy in their relationship — even in the midst of the many demands of child rearing and/or career needs.

Practising The Yoga of Relationship in a safe environment will make you aware of your unconscious commitments that have been sabotaging your desire for intimacy. Discover how to consciously tap into your creativity to transform the idea that “we just don’t have the time or energy” by learning skills that you can apply in your parenting and work day worlds.

When you find how simple it can be to expand time, you and your partner will co-create ways of getting your needs met — individually, as a couple, and as a family.

Families can be caught in a whirlwind of daily chores, routines, and to-do lists that are just plain exhausting! This prevents deeper connection and intimacy, and can lead to frustration, resentment, and even feelings of alienation.

Come to The Yoga of Relationship to learn how to easily turn routine into play. Discover how to generate the energy, clarity, and connection you need to revive and transform your relationship and thrive as a couple.
