A self-guided program to establish a daily meditation habit for life: 30 minutes of meditation every morning for 66 days. Establish a habit for the rest of your life. Live according to your highest ideals. 

THE DAILY COMMITMENT

MORNING MEDITATION:

• silently recite inspirational passages of your choosing for 30 minutes

THROUGHOUT THE DAY:

• slow down
• single-pointed focus
• put others first
• repeat a mantra of your choosing

EVENING PRACTICE:

• 30 minutes of spiritual reading of your choosing

Over the course of 66 days you will inevitably experience greater calm, joy, patience and love, which in turn transforms a practice into a habit.
