Bridget Dunne

Bridget was introduced to yoga through the Hatha tradition more than a decade ago. While living in Ghana, West Africa she attended a Kundalini yoga class and knew this was her path. She followed her intuition and enrolled in teacher training after attending this one class. Bridget is a trained instructor in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She completed her 220 hour Level I teacher training in Ghana and is currently completing her 300 hour Level II teacher training in Vancouver.

Bridget lives on Bowen Island with her husband and step-daughters. She has a passion for nature with both a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Environmental Science. When she’s not on the yoga mat, she’s in the outdoors rock climbing, cross country skiing or kayaking. Bridget believes in and has experienced the benefits of this union, yoga, as it reconnects us to our heart, our purpose and our true self. The world is moving at a faster pace than ever before which requires us to stay present and act from a place of true intention.

Bridget is excited to be teaching a regular Kundalini class on Bowen Island and supporting the yoga community here. With a daily yoga practice, the possibilities are endless!
